 Fishing Costa Rica’s Pacific Ocean

Deep sea fishing in Costa Rica is an experience of a lifetime.
Costa Rica’s fishing is outstanding. A day full of excitement, you cannot match the variety of marine life, or the thrill of fighting some of the biggest game fish around.
I enjoy fishing rivers, lakes and streams, but nothing compares to the beautiful views (and great eating!) that the waters of the pacific gulf provide.
Marlin and sailfish are taken all year around, and the abundance of sailfish produces some of the most exciting sail fishing in the world. In addition to the jumping sails, it is very common to catch tuna, colorful dorado wahoo, grouper, cubera snapper and the awesome roosterfish. The experience is one I recommend to anybody traveling to Costa Rica.
